I am the Principal and Founder of NHH Properties. With more than 18 years of experience in real estate development and finance, I have been involved in numerous housing, office, retail, and mixed-use projects throughout the Minneapolis area. Through NHH, I oversee property development and real estate transactions from initial concept through delivery.

I studied Human Resource Development at the University of Minnesota and built my career through hands-on experience in residential and commercial finance, investment, and development. Over the years, I have grown NHH into an investor-focused real estate company with a strong presence in the Twin Cities metropolitan area with an emphasis on value-driven development, investment, and client service.

NHH initially operated as a full-service real estate company, assisting clients and investors throughout the entire real estate life cycle — from concept and acquisition through development, stabilization, and disposition. In 2011, I began strategically shifting the company toward owning and developing real estate for our own portfolio.

I initially built that portfolio by focusing on adaptive reuse projects — bringing new life and new purpose to existing properties. That approach became an important part of NHH's growth and ultimately led us into larger-scale new construction and ground-up development opportunities.

Today, I take a lead role in the acquisition, development, stabilization, and delivery of the properties NHH owns. My approach to development extends beyond the boundaries of an individual property. I believe the strongest projects create long-term value for both the asset and the surrounding community. As a result, NHH has often invested in multiple properties and projects within the communities where we operate, allowing us to take a longer-term and more comprehensive approach to development.

More recently, I expanded NHH's geographic footprint into the Lake of the Ozarks area. NHH is leading the development of Harpers Cōv, a residential subdivision in Osage Beach, Missouri. Harpers Cōv represents the first of a number of developments NHH Properties plans to own and manage in the area and marks another chapter in the company's continued growth.

Off the clock: I spend a lot of time on the water, I love boats – whether fast or slow, and I have a beautiful golden retriever named Ellie with strong opinions about prioritizing her play schedule over my work schedule.
